DESCRIPTION:About SID2024\nCelebrating its fifth edition\, the Sibiu Innova
 tion Days 2024 conference has become a significant milestone on Romania's 
 innovation map\, playing a crucial role in fostering collaborative network
 s among experts from industry\, public administration\, and the academic r
 esearch community. Building upon the success of its four previous editions
  since 2020\, the Sibiu Innovation Days 2024 conference continues to promo
 te the growth of an innovation ecosystem in the Transylvania area. This ec
 osystem is centered around the Cluj IT and Sibiu IT Clusters\, with a prof
 ound impact on shaping the economic and social vitality of the entire regi
 on.\n\nAs a novelty this year\, within the framework of the European CoDEM
 O (Co-Creative Decision-Makers for 5.0 Organizations) project \, ULBS is 
 receiving support from Marquardt Schaltsysteme SCS and OMiLAB NPO to facil
 itate one of the workshops titled 5.0 Value Co-Creation Mechanisms and Exp
 erimentations - Case Studies.\nProgram Overview\nThe format of the event w
